Saltmarsh Pond - Gilford, NH Fishing Report
Designated Trout Ponds - Opening Day 2015
In keeping with tradition, we had lines in exactly 1 hour before dawn. Also in keeping with tradition, the wind was icy and relentless.
8 fish were caught between 5 people:
2 Hornpout, 5 Rainbow Trout & 1 Brook Trout.
Only recording my own catches by hotspot.
I have to hand it to the NH Fish & Game Department for another well stocked pond.

- Type of Fish: Brown Bullhead
- Fish Length (Avg): 8 inches

- Bait Type: Worm Check Prices
- Bait Details: 2 decent sized red worms sent to the bottom.
- Location Details: Both were caught in the pre-dawn hours, unsurprisingly.
