Description:

With the development of technology, Knitting Stretchy Fabric is diverse. Previously, one piece of fabric only has one color. But now, we know, different colors can put in one fabric. Fabric painting, which requires painting talent, knowledge of mixing colors and application of heat in correct proportions, allows different colors and paints painted in our tops, shirts, handbags, cushion covers, etc... And there are different methods of fabric painting such as dyeing, batik painting, silk screening, block printing, and so on. Different type brings out different effects to the fabric.

Cotton, silk, velvet, rayons,etc.. numerous kinds of fabric can be used fo rpainitng. Purists insist that it is done best on 100% pure cotton with a tight weave, but we know, rayons and silk can also bring about good results. And the best way to painting is to try painting on a small part of the fabric at first. If the result is satisfactory, then paint the whole roll. Pay attention to the following factors about fabric painting, which will help you do excellent work as well as avoid loss and damage of painting materials and fabric.

1. Tight woven fabric is a good choice for painting. If you do painting on loosely woven, the paint would creep through the threads when it is still wet, which will reduces the intensity of the colors.

2. Before painting, washing the fabric is needed. Well, some fabric would shrink after it is washed, so wash it in advance can effectively prevent the beauty of the painting being spoiled .

3. Ironing the fabric before painting. We all know that ironing can effectively reduce wrinkles. And if the fabric is too soft, the paint can not stay well on it, so add fabric softener when washing is not a good idea.

4. After painting, iron the fabric is still necessary, which can help set the paint fast. However, be remeber to iron the fabric on the opposite of the painting. Otherwise, the painting will be ruined. More information, please visit: http://knittingfabric.cc.
