Secret Lake

Hey all, we have another possible house to look at on Secret Lake. Our realtor told us it allows motor boats but it isn't very big. Does anyone here know for sure? Also there's one on Plymouth Lake, we know it doesn't allow motor boats but it looks like a good place anyways and it's waterfront. Hows the fishing, swimming, and neighborhood in general?
We're heading down again on Friday so any help would be greatly appreciated.
