The Ousatonic Fish and Game Protective Association will hold an ice fishing derby Jan. 18 at Mount Tom State Park pond.
Registration begins at 7 a.m., and the derby will be held 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Entry fee is $25 at the event, or $15 if paid before Thursday.

There will be a tagged fish worth $1,500. Prizes will also be awarded for the largest trout, bass and pickerel.
