I fished Wethersfield Cove a couple of times,don't believe that there are numbers of stripers in there at any given time,maybe the odd schoolie here and there.There are large and smallmouth bass,pike,and carp in there.I've heard that there are stripers caught at the mouth of the cove in the river also possibly in the channel if they happen to chase bait in there.Supposed to be good catfish in the cove too.
