Took the boat out for a quick ride to test a new prop that was installed yesterday. Brought the rods along for a few casts. Hit a couple of rockpiles just outside Niantic Bay with no luck. Motored over to Black Point and picked up a couple of small stripers- 20 inches in the rocks at the point. Fish took a white conehead Estaz.
Prop works great. Heading out early Friday morning - hope the fish are around.
