A buddy and myself were out there in early August to see some of his family. His Aunt has a house and dock on Pleasent bay so we brought my 8'6" dingy and 8 hp motor. We spent a night on North beach and 2 days also. Its a cool beach because in April of 07, a nor'easter broke a hole in it which was connected to Orleans. You used to be able to drive from there and down the beach so now it's only accessable by boat. This is part of the National Seashore with the atlantic on one side and Pleasent Bay on the other. I was surf fishing and cought a nice Stripper and had it for supper. We had a fire pit in the sand and there was plenty of drift wood to be found. Also with the Stripper, we dug steemers and cohaugs on the bay side. Needless to say, we had the hotdogs that we were going to have that night for breakfast along with blueberry muffins and coffee!
