Went out over the weekend to try some scup fishing at Fort Trumbull. Didn't bring a camera but had a really good time. Unsurprisingly, best baits were worms and squid; using bunker to try to lure in stripers or blues only fed a lot of crabs.
A lot of fish got caught, including a three inch long flounder, but nothing I felt like keeping. If you're after scup and don't want to try a boat, right now Trumbull's doing well.
