After seeing the enthusiasm of anglers to samples of their unique color-changing baits at last year's annual Bassmaster Classic Outdoor Expo, it was full speed ahead for making the big jump in 2014.
"Smartbaits made a trial run at the Classic in 2013," said its co-owner Mike Dingman, "and anglers' reactions - including several Classic competitors and Bass Fishing Hall of Famers -- were amazing. We had to really gear up with production for a grand intro this year."
Expo visitors were getting a first look at the new water temperature activated, rapid color-changing Smartbaits™.
