I just arrived here from the Chicago area a few weeks ago and I was anxious to do some fishing. I made it to Maine this weekend and caught my first east coast brook trout and a handful of smallmouth bass. Water was 44 degrees. We caught over 30 smallmouth (to be honest, my friend caught about 70% of them) on green pumpkin/gold power tubes.
We let it sink and moved it across the bottom as slow as we could stand. I took a few pictures.
