Not sure if anyone knows this, but the state boat ramp on Bantam Lake is now inder the control of the town of Morris. Access is limited to residents of Morris.
The signs posted indicate this took place on June 9, 2009,

This was posted about a week ago russgam. Looks like the state doesn't feel that boat ramp is very important
