Left the dock later than usual this morning due to my son who couldn't wake up. Headed SE to Barletts with zero success. Tried by Race Rock Lighthouse and again no fish showed interest in our flies.
A little further east on the large flat off the airport my son and I both hit a couple of scoolies in the 22 inch range. My son managed a slightly larger striper about 24 inches before we headced back to the barn.
We did not see any bait schools or anyone else hooking up... even the trollers were reporting a slow morning.
