Can anyone help a friend out. I am looking to fish the Hamannasett on Sun (10/25) in search of some sea run brown trout. The thing is I have never try to fish them before so I am trying to gather up as much info as I can. If anyone can help me out with some tips on what to use (fly fishing prefered but i can spinn if I need to) or more importently where on the river to fish. I have done regular trout fishing on the uppper part of the river earlier in the year. I know that I have to be down stream from I95 but how far do the fish run? Can I just park by the bridge and wade down from there? Also and I guess most inportantly are the fish running now
anyone been on the river recently?
