This is my favorite camping spot! If you haven't had a chance to check it out and love camping and fishing, this is a place I highly recommend! It is a penninsula on Bantam Lake so its surrounded by fishing. I've camped there at least once a year for the last 13 years, and I sent out my reservations for this summer already. Some campsites are on the water, and it is even better if you have a boat. I don't have my bass boat yet, but I do bring my kayak. A 15 minute paddle across the lake brings you to bantam river- another good fishing spot. Anyone else camp there? Anyone camping there this summer?

My son and I will be camping out there a couple of times this spring and summer. We bring our 16' canoe and make a weekend of it. Spots 7-11 are our favorite although I've camped at the very tip inside the path. Our family would go there in 1957. Great times.
