My buddy, who lives in Brookfield, called me today and informed me that there will be a price reduction on the fee's and very soon.
He ran into the Governor at the Town Hall and was told the fee's were coming down and a rebate will be issued to those folks who already made a purchase. He wasn't clear if this was for all license types but my guess is everything will come down in price.javascript:emoticon('Very Happy')

Yeah if I wasn't getting knee replacement done soon I would have been
one of those folks waiting for that rebate. But I can't say lucky me since I'll be missing quality fishing time. Mad

Sorry to here Bud.
I think they should at least give us a gift card to the nearest tackle shop.

The state got their money. I bet 90% of people had already bought their licenses prior to the reduction. Perfect how they timed it to coincide with opening day week.

I heard on PLR that they are trying to set up a reduction for us that bought early, towards next years license. Won't happen till next year if it does.
