wonderd where to get a vehicle permit to surf fish in ct state parks. so not being sharpest tool in the shed i said hey i'll call the DEP they should know! (didn't know if it was state or local ) woman answers , i said just wondering where i would obtain a vehicle permit for state parks? she said sir, this is the DEP not the DMV. I said i know i want to get a vehicle permit to fish state parks @ night. HOLD ON SIR! HELLO SIR THATS A FEDERAL MATTER YOU'LL HAVE TO CALL N.O.A.A. (WTF) still dont know if its state or local? sorry, maybe im wrong.
