Lowrance HDS-10 vs Humminbird 1197

I am getting ready to spend some hard earned cash.

Looking at the Lowrance HDS-10 or the Humminbird 1197.

Pros and Cons...?! Anyone.

Maybe if those companies have spiders out there they can answer this question.

I have no idea about either models, but I just kicked my bird out of my boat! Put in a nice Lowrance non HD model. Was not impressed with the bird!

I have had bird brands, grant they were the less expensive models.

I did my homework and went with the Humminbird 898cSI & 787c.

I've read good reviews, so lets see how they work.
