How do you professionally say "get the ball rolling"?
Whenever I walk in a mill or someone new shows up.
My exact words are “It’s free”
The sample is done. The machine is running. You’re making money.
I was working for the Hasidic guy and the fella around the corner
walks in dressed like a Hasidic. Maybe he’s Jewish. He’s friends
with the guy at the coffee shop. He tells the Hasidic owner he
needs a sample done and the owner turns him down. I have a
machine open with runout sample yarn. The owner tells him no
and leaves. He’s just sitting there as am I. Give it to me. In an hour
he got back the sample. The owner comes back and he says to
him. Give me a price I have the order. He tells him you don’t pay
good and throws him out. LMAOOOO!!!! Out of the 25 machines
in the mill. 24 were running. An hour before the night shift shows up
I make sure to have all 25 machines running. There’s 5 other customers
fighting to get on the machines. Come Thanksgiving, there’s no room
in the warehouse to store the goods. You’re now forced to lay off the
workers until you move the goods. The department stores are full for
the holidays. Come springtime you call the workers back in small groups.
Some don’t get called back and get replaced. Others found other means
of employment. This is nothing more than an add in the paper.
The customer supplied you with the boxes.
How did you get the boxes in your place?
Where did you put the boxes?
