Managed 15 fluke but just 2 keepers in adverse conditions--strong wind and tide opposite. Harbor seems loaded with shorts. Inner harbor THICK with bunker. Beat our brains out on long ride home into E wind at 20. Squid, smelt and belly strips worked well.
