Got Bait??

Set up my bait tank today and caught some bait getting ready for the ice season. My waxies and spikes came in the mail today also.
Now the ice can begin

Aqualung how does that work for you? Does it keep them alive for the weekend or can they stay week after week?

Lundrunner I keep the bait all season long. generally there is a turn over with fresh bait.
The key is to keep them in a very cold location, I keep a heater in the tank when it starts to freeze. I have plenty of filtering and oxygen going on.

It would probably behoove me to bring my own bait and let you bring your own beer!Ya think I am stupid or sumthin???Although I will always share Mr.Boston with whomever is on the ice with me!!!
