I grew up in eastern PA fishing small trout streams with spinners and night crawlers. Eventually my grandfather taught me to fly fish, and the trout streams drew me in even more. I spent several years living on the eastern shore of Maryland fishing brackish water for big cats and rockfish. But now I'm up in CT enjoying the outdoors of New England

I began fishing when I was @ 5 years old in Rock Hall Md. I caught a stringer full of perch! What a 1st experience. I have fished for 60 years and taught my kids and stepson to fish as they were able to handle a rod. My wife has fished since she was a little girl and we go fishing together often, as we enjoy fishing and each others company. Be mindful that the future of fishing for our children and grandchildren begins with us!
