Comment: one of the most easiest catfish and probly the most fun,they are everywhere and have either a hardy appitite or are just aggresive ,any wich way drop a slip line in good current near the bottom with a peice of eel or just a worm and let the action proceed,great fighters and hard headed,the 10 to 15 pound veriaty are the best eater as catfish chunks with a light butter sauce (so people have told me) I personally wont eat them,but most southern fishermen have great recipes for them.fish i have encountered where anywhere between 10 to 65 pounds and range in length
