Comment: According to the info on the Stillwater site you can use a boat with electric motor and I have seen the launch ramp and it is a very good one. I will be fishing this pond soon.

Comment: this has been changed acording to the New Regulation's in the Angler's guide to Car Top boat.It's probably not inforced cause it's been a motor boat launch for ever.but just be aware.
