landed a decent size rainbow trout
in the fly restricted area north of the covered bridge but they really cut back on the stocking this year not much action as i had hoped for this year from opening day |

Pulled my largest trout ever here, at 22 inches it was a great fish. I have only spent three hours or so in the lower section but going again soon. Traveling up from the south, the cove is big, and very weedy, gas motor recomended to get across the cove to the good action. |

Decently stocked and nice wide sections in certain spots. The best thing about it is there is good access along most of the river. |

I agree with previous review...it is a great river, but can get crowded at times...still plenty of pools for all. |

Good river, can get over crowded. It is a pretty river with nice pools and a nice rural setting |
