any action in the mouth of the niantic river

i know its allitle late to be posting this but maybe i could get a answer tonight. im going to the mouth of the niantic river tomorrow morning i was woundering if their has been any action over their lately are the blues and stripers moving in? oh yeah whats the deal with the license are we requied one this year or nonly after next year?

Reel Em no license required this year. From everything I have read stripers and bunker are around Niantic, Millstone too. The blue's (smaller) are just making there way into the general area.
