ALERT!somehow the bookies at the Vegas Racebook found out that I am in training and as a result have lost 12 lbs. in 3 weeks so here are the latest updated odds on the "AMAZIN RACE".
They have posted tbob55 as a 5 to 1 favorite to win.
They have also posted Lung as a 20 to 1 loooongshotttttttt.Some of them are quite concerned he may NOT even finish.Others are worried that he may not pass the drug test for consumption of performance enhancing products.A small group are thinking he may be a late scratch due to a multitude of reasons such as bad hangover,bad back from shoveling snow,or his gout is acting up again.

I guess this is a good time for those in the know to make some easy CHING if they stick with the Lung.

Chances are neither two of the above has happened so don't be fooled by tbobs propaganda.

Just got an email from Dave. Looks like our little web site will have it's own booth at the CT fishing and hunting expo Feb 18-20.

In light of this, should we move the get-together till the next weekend, or move it up to the weekend before??

Just thinking for some, it may be not in the cards to attend both.

What's everyone's opinion?

Personally.....could care less bout expo.....would rather take my money and $300 I gotz in gift cards and make trip to BPS!!!

On a more serious note......my training has been crafted date specific so that peak performance will be attained on Feb 19.
So if event is postponed all bets are off.

I am even considering shaving off my 12 lb beard to allow less wind resistance.

The expo is not one of the shows I attend so it doesn't matter to me.
The rhode island fishing show is the best show to go to in my opinion.
The race can be whenever, I won't try and weasel out with silly excuses

I'll be out of state on the 26th. I could make the 12th. My first choice would be to keep the 19th.
