New fishing pole! any suggestions?

Im looking to buy another fishing pole. Nothing over 30 dollars, just something cheap that'll hold about a 10 pound fish. any suggestions?

2nd on the ugly stik for cheap and reliable
also the Quantum xtralite are about 25-30, i have 3 of them and abuse them all with no problems

The guys are right. Ugly Sticks are a good choice for the money. But, please----they're fishing rods, not "poles".
