CONCORD, N.H. (AP) -- Saltwater anglers off New Hampshire's coast would need a fishing license under legislation sent to the governor by the Senate on Wednesday.
Licenses for individuals would be $15 starting in 2011. Charter and party boats would pay set fees.
A federal licensing program also begins in 2011. If the state doesn't adopt its own system, anglers would have to pay for federal licenses that could be more than $15 for individuals.
