at 0600 hours and will continue until Tuesday, August 3, 2010. The water level will be lowered 12 to 15 feet. The project should be completed Tuesday, August 3, 2010. Does that mean shore fising is not a good idea?

Shore fishing can be done in and around the boat ramp area, however fishing the shore line away from that area looks like it might be a chore on foot.

I stopped by Rainbow 2 weeks ago and noticed a sign to the side of the boat launch. It said that they would be dropping the level again in September as well. Looks like they are planning on doing this monthly.
