The acorns are coming!

Looks like this year will be an awesome crop of acorns, at least I know it will be here in north central CT.
My oaks are dropping plenty of tiny ones already and some small branches that break off have 10-12 nuts attached.
You guys need to plan to use your acorn stands this year.

i noticed that yesterday,when i was cutting the lawn.the oaks around my house are loaded

I posted in general chatter but a limb so loaded with acorns, screwed up my van last night. I knew there was going to be a lot...but this is crazy.
