With the lakes opening next weekend, the choices for where to spend my weekend open up a lot. There are a few lakes around here that are open, even when trout season is closed, but i am ready for some river action. So where is everybody headed for opening day???
I'll be keeping with tradition and head to Millers pond with two of my buddies. Gonna go stand in the rain and hope for a fish or two. After that I'll hit up a couple other places, then head home for some much needed rest.
With the weather report i will be leaving the bumper boats and heading out sunday. Most of the water will be beat up bad, and the front passing, but at least there should be a little peace!!!
